We are looking for an experienced female Admin to join our esteemed firm.

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Handles the reception and answers and direct phone calls
  • Act as the point of contact for external clients.
  • Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office.
  • Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing queries.
  • Maintain and Prepare Contracts, Invoices, and regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment and requisition new equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain administrative systems, ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Admin: 1 year (Preferred)

  • English/ Hindi/ Tagalog (Preferred)
